July 1, 2026: DJUSD is live in the new ERP system, Frontline Escape. Our district's entire financial suite has converted from QSS to Escape; payroll,  accounts payable, budget, everything is now in Escape and seamlessly integrated to bring us more transparency, efficiency, and fiscal accountability.

With over a year of behind-the-scenes preparation and training, Fiscal Services staff is prepared to support staff in learning the new system. All Escape Training Videos and PDFs will be made available down below in the Frontline Escape training section, enjoy!


Fiscal Services: Electronic Forms

DJUSD uses InformedK12 for online form submissions for approvals and workflows. Below is a list of the forms that have successfully completed that transition. If you have any questions or issues with the forms listed below, please contact Fiscal Services for support.
