Tax Exemption Application Information 

Apply Now for 2023-24 Tax Year Exemptions

The Business Office is reviewing applications for the 2023-24 Tax Year now. Please use the application link below, and attach a current 2022-23 tax bill to your application along with the other required documentation.  All applications received by June 15, 2023, will be reviewed for 2023-24 Tax Exemptions. Once the application is reviewed and complete,  you will receive an email from "Informed K12" stating your application is complete, which means the exemptions have been approved.  If your application is incomplete, you will be contacted via email or phone call to provide documentation to complete the application.

If you already have DJUSD Tax Exemptions, you do not need to reapply.

2022-23 Yolo County Property Tax Bill


Please review your 2022-23 Yolo County Tax Bill. If you have been granted exemptions for Parcel Taxes Measure H or G,  you will not see these on your tax bill. If you have the 50% exemption for CFD No. 1, your bill will reflect the reduced amount of $142.58. 

If you have the exemptions, you do not need to reapply.

There are no exemptions for the Davis JUSD 2000 and 2018 BD (Bond) assessments or the Davis Jt Un CFD #2 assessment.


2023-24 Low Income Rental Housing Exemptions


Community Facilities District No. 1 (CFD No. 1)
Community Facilities District No. 2 (CFD No. 2)

Owners who can provide evidence that their property constitutes low income rental housing have the option of applying for a low income rental housing tax exemption from the CFD special taxes. Applications must be submitted by June 15, 2023. Click below for the link to application.
