Aikens Townhomes on B Street between 3rd ST and 4th ST.  Seven single family ownership homes with parking in a central alley loaded courtyard and garages underneath units.  Seven units on 0.34 acres. Project density is 20.3 units/acre.  This project I think most closely resembles the density that DJUSD is requesting for their property of 20-25 units/acre.

Mission Villas at 225 B Street.  This was developed by Jim Kidd and is all ownership condominiums with partial underground parking underneath.  14 units on 0.33 acres. Project density is 42.4 units/acre. 4 stories plus partial underground parking.

Villages at Willowcreek. This project is located at the SE corner of Cowell/Chiles and Drummond (at the roundabout).  35-unit project on 3.44 acre parcel. Overall density is 10.17 units/net acre.  The northern parcel density is 11.32 units/net acre. The southern parcel density 9.2 units/net acre. These are all single family ownership homes of 2-3 stories.
